The Wild Wipeout Character Ride, Roars:  Honor! – Headlined by 8/25/15

Posted on Updated on

Snow Dog Face MountainWhat is it with North and South?!?  Whether Koreas, Vietnams or our house still divided at the Mason-Dixon Line?  Is the fault in our stars, or are we so easily blinded by fast talking flash-in-the-pan Pied Pipers stealing our children’s future?

Our Universe is constantly revealing its secrets, but failing to listen, we risk missing the wisdom of harmonious unity.  Life, lives and living matter more without repetitive clutter, overwhelming data devoid of complete and accurate information, outdated even before we tap our screens.

We talk about The Right dishonoring the correct.  Anchoring our babies and elderly to our one-day point swings, rather than solutions for gender and racial inequality, crippling student debt and five million Americans living with Alzheimer’s in 2015.

For many years after his assassination, the media honored President John F. Kennedy’s death, if not life, every November 22nd.  Now in Emailland, most of us haven’t a clue who he was or, arguably, the profound effect his assassination had on TV news and the American psyche.

In the 1960s, most welcomed the change John Kennedy brought to politics, politicians and America’s civil and voting reality – posthumously transforming Jim Crow into Voter ID, the KKK into Border Security and Lincoln’s Solid South into the 2000 blood Red Republican Party with a Tea stained appendage.

We honor the memory of those murdered on September 11, 2001, with roll calls, bells tolling and moments of silence, but how often do we honor those sent to be maimed, brain damaged or killed, for our Oligarchy of war profiteers on Corporate Welfare?

Now who and what will we honor in 2016?

West coast families are fleeing unrelenting record home, land and life destroying fires, drought and water shortage.  Trumped up corporate owned Conservative Right Wing Extremists, Fox Talk Radio and even MSNBC regurgitate DT’s Sturm und Drang – all while Nestle sucks the H2O out of California.

Are we so easily distracted by echo chambers of email servers, while Ashley Madison expedites our family values with, click a cheat?  Or are those Americans who bother to exercise their voting privilege, still too smart to be slimed by oil slick GOP puppets?  Remember, Trump may not be just an obnoxious, dishonorable, self-serving smoke screen hiding the wall closing in on brown immigrants, while Black Lives Matter taunts Bernie and Hillary.

It is vital we listen to victims of K & Wall Streets, who still choose the Donald for the POTUS, for that thinking is far more dangerous to Freedom, Justice for All and Equal Economic Opportunity, than any desperate for power Koch head.

Truth’s Achilles Heel is its inability to impose itself on those preferring to salivate over the political party making the most noise with the least ideas.

Do you suppose somewhere in the darkness, Karl Rove is laughing at us, or crying over spilt Trump milking it?

Our honor is steeped in our national self-examination of our political priorities, and who we choose to memorialize.

On the morning of August 29, 2005, Katrina slammed into our Gulf Coast.  When it made landfall, it was a Category Three Hurricane, with sustained winds of 100–140 miles per hour – and was 400 miles across.  Yet how many times have we, as a nation, honored the 1,833 American fatalities?  How many even remember that one million Americans were displaced by our Katrina gridlocked Federal, State and City governments?

It is not institutions, streets, buildings, bridges, sinkholes, mudslides or storms that dishonor our potential.  It’s the non-voter, the lascivious family values hypocrite, the blind with greed CEO and the craven conservative con artists posing as patriots.

The Worldwide Freefall, like our Great Recession, is about character, and for the poor and Middle Class, neither was Free Will.

Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump, though total opposites in character, are being used as conduits for extreme gut wrenching displeasure with the status quo.

If we don’t get that, that’s the Universe talking to us, honor this:  Civilization doesn’t guarantee a perfect world, but civility grants great ensemble opportunity for our human family, to create life that matters, better each day, for our entire rainbow.

This is Our Story:  ‘Sto’ and Sold!

Julian Bond, the great gentleman Civil Rights warrior, was the grandson of those ‘sto’ and sold, to guarantee the absence of any Middle Class bridge Julian Bond Smallbetween wealthy plantation owners and the human beings they enslaved.  Now, free at last, Bond fights for human rights through our rallies, and every step we walk in his shoes for equality.

This is our Story!

Forcing a raped female of any age to give birth because you profess Pro-Life, brings with it responsibility for both mother and child.  Pro-Life can’t end with birth, but is rather self-obligated to fill life abundantly with affordable healthcare, superior nutrition and quality education.  If not the defender of human rights for women and children, then Pro-Life lacks the substance of even a flippant sound-bite by pretend religious and faux patriots.

This is our Story!

Helene Swanson SmallHelene de Boissiere-Swanson, founder of Katrina’s Dream, following Alice Paul, Rev. Katrina Martha Van Alstyne Swanson, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, Eileen Davis (, Andrea Miller (, The King of Torts, Melvin Mouron Belli and former N.A.A.C.P. Chairman Julian Bond – is now marching for the equality guaranteed by American citizenship – Mission: to trump gender, voting & economic inequality and violent cultural fanatics, in both small localities and our Federal Halls of Injustice.

This is our Story!

From California’s Bay Bridge (passing the White House) to the U. S. Capitol, Helene Swanson marches for the entire global league of women enduring spousal abuse, human trafficking, inequitable economic opportunity, food deserts and degrading minimum wages.

Helene inspires us to march for all who are still being raped by the Massas of Wall Street plantations, K Street Congresses, Madison Ave pimps, Courtyards of Open Carry white supremacists and the evils of mass incarceration.

She marches for those continually economically and politically assaulted by the greed of men needing to control, through the torture and rape of people like, a falsely accused Freddie Gray, and a defenseless Kayla Mueller.

Until Americans celebrate every month as All Human Rights for All Human Beings Matter Month, the very life of earth is threatened.  How can we transcend our current events wedded to our history, without our Herstory?  Marching united for ERA ratification, with hands raised, hearts full and voices resounding for equality, is Justice for All!

Equality is not just derisive media massaging to disconnect us from the ties that bind.  Nor separate but equal issues of poverty, gender, race, voting rights, peculiar institutions, flags, C Street House, religion, economy, Middle Class, focus groups, sexual preferences, politics – or even our too seldom read but often misquoted (& misinterpreted) Bill of Rights.

The issues of Our Story coalesce the very moment We the People transform our moneyed manipulated division into a people showering each other with a Commonwealth of sense, decency, civility and reason.

This is Our Story!

While America won its freedom 239 years ago, those ‘Sto’ & sold have only been free for 150 years – an 89 year gap whose rippling affect is still a tragic crevasse of bullying in our streets, schools, neighborhoods, communications and workplaces.

The Home of the Brave is not yet free enough to embrace equality for all of its citizens, from those from whom we stole America, to women who were only granted voting privileges 95 years ago – many of whom give lives that matter to our nation every day, and to our wars far too often.

Still, The Equal Rights Amendment has not been ratified by the 38 states needed to make it, and the equality of women, a legal guarantee in the U. S. Constitution.

Who are you state representatives who refuse to ratify?

  • Do you favor Trump’s answers over Megyn Kelly’s questions
  • Do you not know that women are twice as likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease
  • Do you not care how doctors, judges and employers diagnose, equivocate and appraise women

Caring about aging Baby Boomers of both sexes, and every woman in our lives, implores us to march to the Capitol Wednesday August 26, 2015, to remind politicians:  52% of us are still denied Constitutional equality — while women are stabbed to death on the street.  Our hearts bleed at such loses for Morgan Freeman and the family of E’Dena Hines.Morgan Freeman and
